• Business data for B2B accounts (company name, VAT number)
• Order and invoicing data

2. Why do we process your data?

• Fulfilling your order and delivery via our distribution partners
• Invoicing and compliance with accounting obligations
• Security of the webshop and fraud prevention
• Customer service and communication about your order
• Marketing, only with your explicit consent

3. Do we share your data?

We share your data exclusively with partners needed to execute your order: our suppliers (drop-shipping), Mollie (payments), Resend (transactional emails) and our bookkeeper. Your data is never sold.

4. How long do we keep your data?

Order and invoice data is kept in accordance with the legal retention period of 7 years. Account data remains active as long as you are a customer; you can request deletion at any time.

5. Your rights

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures: TLS encryption, access controls, regular audits and personal-data minimisation.
